Asbury Park's Citywide Open House for Homebuyers
"Come See What All the Excitement Is About"

The City of Asbury Park is presenting an "Open House for Homebuyers" event on Sunday, August 26th from 10:30AM to 3PM. The event begins with Continental Breakfast in the Salt Water Beach Café on the 5th Avenue Boardwalk with presentations describing the revitalization, redevelopment and restoration that are currently being done in the city. The guest speakers will include Dean Geibel, Managing Partner, Metro Homes, LLC., builder of The Esperanza At Asbury Park; Gary Mottola, CIO, Madison Marquette; Councilman John Loffredo, City of Asbury Park; and James G. Aaron, Esq., Ansell, Zaro, Grimm & Aaron.

An expo of exhibitors from mortgage companies, real estate companies, title companies, and porch contractors, to name just a few will be available as an information source.

A citywide trolley/van tour sponsored by Sackman Enterprises and Cortes & Hay, Inc., will follow the breakfast meeting at 12noon transporting individuals throughout the city to visit the beautiful homes, condos and rentals that are available in the City of Asbury Park.
